Jessica Stutzman

Pangea Research was founded by Jessica Stutzman, an intelligence professional with over 15 years of experience across the intelligence community. Her background spans OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, and related disciplines, with work supporting organizations including the United Nations.

Jessica is currently a doctoral candidate in Strategic Intelligence at American Military University, where her dissertation research focuses on human-in-the-loop validation processes in AI-assisted investigations. She chairs the OSINT course for the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), serves on the OSINT Foundation's Resourcing and Policy Committee, and publishes The Intelligence Fundamentals Project — a free educational series on intelligence tradecraft for practitioners across government, law enforcement, and private sector domains.

She built Pangea Research to do two things: deliver high-quality OSINT work for clients who need it, and raise the bar for intelligence education across the community.

Our Approach

How We Work

Everything we do is rooted in the same principles we teach: rigor, objectivity, and tradecraft that holds up under scrutiny.

Doctrine-Grounded

Our work is built on established intelligence doctrine, the same standards used across the IC, adapted for practical application in any context.

Practitioner-Led

We don't teach from textbooks. Every training program, assessment, and research product comes from people who've done the work in real operational environments.

Community-Focused

We publish free research, contribute to professional organizations, and invest in raising the standard of intelligence education for everyone.
